GrowthPal - Head - Investment Banking

GrowthPal is an early-stage startup, founded by a strong and experienced team from IITs, IIMs, and BITS Pilani, working in a digital investment banking space. We are looking for smart individuals who are ready to dirty their shoes and are interested to work in a startup culture. Someone who can learn quickly and wear multiple hats across roles.

Job Description, include but is not limited to :

1) Manage all buy-side and sell-side mandates independently (Lead the execution)

2) Improve our processes and methodologies from sales and customer success perspective

3) Design business logics to improve our recommendation engine product

4) Develop relationships with clients for upsell opportunities

5) Also, be open to contribute across teams and provide insights

Preferred experience :

1) 4-7 years of work experience in Investment Banking or venture firms

2) Worked in Client facing roles

3) Worked across tech deals

Salary : As per industry standards + ESOPs
