GrowthPal - Head - Digital Marketing

GrowthPal is an early-stage startup, founded by a strong and experienced team from IITs, IIMs, and BITS Pilani, working in a digital investment banking space. We are looking for smart individuals who are ready to dirty their shoes and are interested to work in a startup culture.

Job Description, include but is not limited to :

1) Develop the company's demand generation strategy. Own execution of its associated plan, including scope, target outcomes, key metrics and measures, and required inputs and resources to deliver

2) Design and implement a social media strategy for GrowthPal. Own and manage social media pages - Linkedin, Quora, Twitter

3) Independently own SEO activities (on-page, off-page and technical SEO activities)

4) Conduct competitive analysis of keywords on different tools like SEMRush, Keyword Planner and identify keywords for GrowthPal

5) Design content strategy to improve our page rankings and followers

6) Work with content freelancers/designers on long-form blogs and own small form contents/case studies on social media pages

7) Track the performance of creatives and content and make recommendations if any

8) Manage/automate marketing and sales processes in CRM tools

9) Test and optimize marketing tactics for customer acquisition (e.g. online advertising, direct mail, etc.) and conversion rate optimization

10) Well-versed with analytical tools such as Google Analytics and Webmaster

11) Have worked with lead generation outsourcing companies

(Optional - Adwords experience)

Preferred experience :

1) 3-4 years of work experience in content and marketing roles in startups / vcs / incubators

2) Also have experience doing lead generation for US market

Salary: As per industry standards
