GrowthPal - Customer Success Manager (1-5 yrs)
GrowthPal is a seed-funded startup, founded by a strong and experienced team from IITs, IIMs, and BITS Pilani, working in a digital investment banking space. We are looking for smart individuals who are ready to dirty their shoes and are interested to work in a startup culture. Someone who can lead, take ownership of tasks and wear multiple hats across roles.
Job Description, include but is not limited to :
1) Manage existing B2B client relationships and be responsible for the retention, upsell & cross-sell
2) Oversee the new client onboarding process
3) Build a success plan and track client's key business objectives
4) Capture client feedback and share it with the leadership team
5) Provide client with updates on upcoming product release
6) Act as a point of escalation for any areas of dissatisfaction
7) Maintain Client related metrics and share with management on a monthly basis
8) Any other responsibilities that can help make clients win
Preferred experience :
1) 1-5 years of work experience in the Customer Success team
2) Worked in Client facing roles
3) Prior experience with SaaS company is preferred
Salary: As per industry standards
