Investment Banking Associate
GrowthPal is an early-stage startup, founded by a team from IITs, IIMs, and BITS Pilani, working in a digital investment banking space. We are looking for smart individuals ready to dirty their shoes and interested in working in a startup culture. Someone who can learn quickly and wear multiple hats across roles.
Job Description, include but is not limited to :
1) Drive sell-side mandates for startups looking to exit independently
2) Lead the whole process end to end, from sourcing buyers, valuation, and negotiation to deal closing
3) Work with the product team to improve our recommendation engine product
4) Be open to contributing across teams and provide insights
Preferred experience :
1) 2- 4 years of work experience in Investment Banking or venture firms (startup-focused)
Salary : As per industry standards + ESOPs
