Roles and Responsibility -
1. Actives undertaken for financial resources:
- Preparation of provisional financial statements
- Monitoring compliance of bank / lender covenants
- Analysis of financial cost - identifying excessive / un-due charges levied; process reversal of such charges
- Co-ordination and preparation for stock audits / inspections
- Activities undertaken for enhancement / restructuring of credit facilities
2. Actives undertaken for ACCOUNTING & MIS SERVICES -
- Preparation, analysis and presentation of budgets / plans (annually or quarterly)
- Expense management / cost reduction strategies
- Cash / fund flow analysis (budgets, budget v/s actuals)
3. Actives undertaken for STATUTORY COMPLIANCES:
- Tax strategy - Direct & Indirect
- Ensuring timely payment of various statutory dues / return filing under the applicable laws. (GST/TDS/TCS/ESIC/PT/PF)
4. Actives undertaken for BUSINESS ADVISORY
- Engage with management to assess potential strategies for turnover / profit improvement
- Consider potential balance sheet restructuring including capital raisings, lender and creditor management
- Implementation of best practice financial management and governance procedures.
