Job Title: Growthally Advisors - Debt Syndication Relationship Manager

Location: Mumbai

Years of work experience: 2 to 3 years

Responsibilities: -

- Deal Origination: Business Development & Relationship Management, Negotiation, Term sheet finalisation

- Deal Execution: Due diligence, financial modelling, Appraisal Note preparation, Obtaining Sanction & Disbursement

- Target Achievement: Interest & fee income, product cross-sell, wallet share growth in portfolio companies

- Portfolio Management: Monitoring Asset quality, compliance adherence, maintaining credit hygiene, de-risking of assets

Requirements:

- Must have sound knowledge of Corporate Finance

- Must be good at Financial Analysis

- Persuasive communication skills
