Growth & Strategy Lead - Education Startup

- We are currently retained by a leading education player in the country to hire a Growth Strategy Lead who will drive business strategies along with the Chief Business Officer.

- The role offers you the opportunity to devise unique strategies that expand revenue and market share growth and provide strategic insights on the market landscape for the entire business.

- Please note this is with an education start-up that is growing in an exponential manner so please apply only if you want to work with a start-up and are passionate about the education space. And more importantly you have 10+ years of experience in building growth strategies, with BE plus MBA from a Tier 1 Institute followed by a Growth and Strategy role with a leading startup.

Roles and Responsibilities :

1. Understand the business model and structure projects of potential for achieving targets.

2. Prepare the road map for growth and assist in developing business plans.

3. Be hands on with the current market trends & developments in the EdTech space, map competitive landscape and provide strategic insights.

4. Conduct time to time risk analysis of business opportunities.

5. Source, develop, recommend, and manage prospective projects for growth.

6. Drive due diligence projects towards completion and manage them effectively.

What you must bring :

- Significant experience in handling high volume projects of expansion with top-notch operation excellence.

- Fresh new sales strategies and proven track record of building long term client relationships.

- You must be an MBA from a Tier 1 B school only, preceded by BE from a top institute.

- 10+ years of significant experience in pan-India growth & expansion strategies.

- Minimum of 4-5 years of experience working with a start-up.

- Willingness to travel and visit partner schools on a regular basis
