The Position :

- The Growth Strategist is paramount to our success during this critical growth phase. This individual will act as the main driver of customer acquisition through the digital media and PPC channel. You will manage all aspects of the marketing automation process and be the owner of the marketing to sales hand-off. You will manage the paid media channels in order to find new audiences and attract new visitors to ucanji.com through paid social media, digital & video networks, radio, CPL partners and other lead generation programs. 


- You will also maintain best practices in SEO strategy through link building, page structure and content optimization. The Growth Strategist will work hand-in-hand with the Director of Marketing and other key executives to manage critical business tasks and strategies.

Responsibilities:

- Develop, maintain and execute monthly, quarterly, and annual marketing campaigns to drive customer acquisition & fill the sales funnel

- Must be proficient in running media campaigns across various marketing channels including, but not limited to, social media, digital networks, DSPs, GDN, premium publisher sites, and more.

- Oversee & execute our marketing automation process (email, landing pages, forms, webinars, lists, drip campaigns, etc)

- Manage team of agency partners, contractors and entry-level managers to carry out crucial marketing tasks.

- Know our customers. Conduct business and customer analysis to support marketing strategy. Lead special projects that test new marketing & creative approaches.

- Collaborate across teams to support enterprise lead generation campaigns through email marketing copy, digital banner creative, and social media posts and analyze content effectiveness by leveraging web metrics and gauging the performance of tactics

- Contribute ideas to help identify ways to develop our customer evangelists

- Plan and produce webinars, through collaboration with the internal marketing team and external 3rd party partners.

Qualifications :

- 3 - 5 years of professional work experience in technology, B2B, product marketing, or digital marketing.

- Expert-level knowledge & intimacy with Google AdWords, Google Analytics, Facebook Power Editor, Twitter Ads API, Hubspot & CRM software.

- Excellent analytical, quantitative and problem-solving skills

- The ideal candidate will excel in both tactical and strategic responsibilities as it pertains to content distribution, management, development and creation

- Ability to turn quantitative and qualitative data insights into actionable marketing recommendations

- Strong multi-tasking, and project management skills

- Self-motivated, results-oriented

- Track record of success driving outcomes across an organization with multiple stakeholders

- Strong affinity understanding of target audiences, needs and sales management processes
