Growth/Strategic Initiatives Lead - FinTech

Company:

The opportunity is with a Series C funded payment and lending-related start up. This rapidly growing and extremely well-funded start-up is looking for a Lead of Growth and Strategic Initiatives to help propel the business forward across the business verticals.

Reporting to: COO

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Work closely with the company's CXO to support various growth and strategic initiatives - from identifying gaps, developing appropriate strategic initiatives and implementing/executing the same

- Understand the company's strategic priorities, challenges, and develop a roadmap for growth

- Work closely and regularly with the CXO to communicate strategic and implementation plans

- Cultivate relationships, manage projects, leveraging existing partnerships

Qualifications

- 2-6 years of experience in a strategic role with a consumer tech start up of scale (some experience with a management consulting firm is a plus, not mandatory)

- Excellent problem solving skills

- Bias for action and execution

- Excellent communication and people skills
