Responsibilities:
- Create and nurture relationships with nonprofit organizations across the world
- Analyze and benchmark existing nonprofit network to identify opportunities for growth and provide great experiences to volunteers
- Growth the number of nonprofits in each geographic region while maintaining a focus on high quality
- Plan and execute locally relevant partnerships and deals for activating supply growth
- Work with and mentor junior team members in their efforts
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, to accelerate growth
- Find nonprofits that match the needs of existing volunteers
- Use data to derive insights, formulate reports and make recommendations
- Build long-term relationships with nonprofit and help them get their volunteering programs off the ground
- Maintain a detailed understanding of products and services, assist customers with questions and suggest the best solution for their needs
What We Are Looking For:
- 1-2 years of work experience preferably in a sales role (experience working with global customers)
- Flawless communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Have a strong work ethic and be able to make connections with ease
- Demonstrated ability of being able to leading in a team as well as the ability to work solo
- A high degree of creativity and innovation, with proven examples of applying knowledge, experience, and judgment to ambiguous problems
- Accountability and personal organization are essential
- Ability to multi-task and juggle multiple competing priorities
- Ability to deal with ambiguity in a rapidly changing business environment
- Deep understanding of customers concerns and thoughts regarding the use of products, and the ability to troubleshoot as needed
