Growth Source Financial Technologies - Regional Legal Manager - Mortgage SME Business - LLB (8-12 yrs)

i. Advise Business and Credit for taking informed decisions i.e. providing legal implications and suggesting probable solutions, structuring of transactions. Also involved in framing policies and procedures of products.

ii. Handling title Due Diligence of property and advising on the structure if needed. Vetting of Title reports for properties (Residential/Commercial/Industrial/Leasehold/Land) and assets / equipment financing.

iii. Drafting and vetting of Mortgage documents and various security documents

iv. Standardisation of templates of Secured and Unsecured Loans /Facility documents.

v. Provide expert & strategic legal advice on various aspects of business to management on optimising the stamping, e-sign of loan documents, repository access etc.

vi. Discussing with Team and Advocates regarding any notifications and State law amendments for implementing for ease of business.

vii. Support in query resolution to departments i.e. Audit, Operations, Risk, Recovery.

viii. Drafting of documentation, replies to customer complaints, notices, complaints to Banking Ombudsmen, RBI complaints.

c. Qualification:

i. LLB

ii. Minimum 8-12 years post-qualification experience

iii. Have strong drafting and communication skills

d. Skills other than qualification & experience:

i. Committed and ready to work under pressure

ii. High degree of professional ethics and integrity, excellent judgement, analytical skills and good interpersonal skills.

iii. Good Negotiation skill and general commercial acumen.

iv. Having upto date knowledge on the amendment and acts (stamp duty, Govt. notifications, etc.) and Property Law.

v. Conversant with local laws and regional language.
