Growth Source Financial Technologies - Business Analyst - IIT/NIT/IIM/FMS

Responsibilities:

- You would work closely with business and technology teams to plan and execute the product strategy. We are looking for individuals who can grow into future product leaders - people with leadership, drive and a passion for software products and design keeping business as a key stakeholder.

- You would define the product roadmap with business stakeholders for GSFT.

- Focus on the - what & why elements of defining solutions

- Analyse end to end process flow and consumer journey of the product.

- Testing the products/features before the roll out to the end users

- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to understand the business processes, formulate, and complete end-to-end analysis that includes data gathering, analysis, on-going scaled deliverables, and presentations.

Qualifications:

- Graduate/Post-graduate from Tier 1 colleges

- 1-3 years of experience with creating and managing product (Banking / Fintech experience would be preferred)

- Experience in designing & understanding consumer journeys.

- Experience in designing wireframes and product requirement documents.

- Good Communication (verbal and spoken) & Management skills

- Knowledge about the business metrices, unit economics

- Experience in digitization & automation of the business processes

- Market & Consumer Insights & Research Skills
