Growth & Partnership Manager


As our Partnerships Lead, you would :


1. Streamline fund and donor management operations for existing leads

2. Identify and research suitable new prospects - foundations, corporates, individuals, and among partner NGOs working in STEM and cultivate these relationships on behalf of the organization

3. Manage the end-to-end cycle with each prospective partner:

a. Identifying high-value, prospective partners

b. Initiating leads, calls, and meetings

c. Making presentations

d. Writing proposals

e. Closing agreements

4. Maintain documentation on progress, status, and hand-over to operations for after-sales and maintain relationship after-sales

5. Regularly follow ups and engagement with CSR PoCs and NGOs

6. Design proposals for corporate CSRs in partnership with NGOs

7. Research and tracking of potential funding sources to help improve the fundraising strategy

8. Represent Tan-Ninety and be a visible part of a successful organization at forums involving stakeholders such as other non-profits, foundation and government agencies

9. Design and implement innovative partnering and sustainability strategies to attract strategic and innovative funding, across a range of funders in India and globally

10. Build a network and support base to champion and raise funds for organization's vision and mission

11. Analyze and use data from the school information system to create high-quality impact reports for supporting board level reviews, creating grant applications and for external communications

Requirements and Qualifications

1. Preferably a Master's degree / post-graduate in a relevant field or social services discipline

2. Self-starters who need very little oversight to get things done

3. Someone with rigor, a sense of ownership, and attention to detail

4. Good track record of maintaining key donor relationships as well as establishing new partnerships

5. Proven experience of negotiating with senior stakeholders, both internally and externally

6. Ability to craft compelling opportunities for a wide range of potential supporters

7. Excellent written and oral communication skills

8. Excellent report writing (Word and PowerPoint), google sheet and presentation skills

9. Experience of engaging with stakeholders- specifically corporate, trusts, and CSR Committees in areas of operation

10. Ability to establish and grow partnerships and effective planning skills

11. Metrics driven
