Growth Marketing Role (3-6 yrs)

GROWTH MARKETING MANAGER OVERVIEW:

- As a rapidly growing social enterprise, we are seeking a full-time Growth Marketing Manager to lead analytical projects that strategise and optimize customer, revenue and venture growth that span across marketing, business development, product, technology, and customer success functions at organisation.


- You will spend roughly 50% of your time on executing, analyzing and optimizing performance marketing channels (e.g. Hubspot, MailChimp, SEO, Google Ads, social media ads, etc), while the other half will be dedicated to consulting-centric projects that take inputs from customer feedback, BD funnel data, market research, and user behaviours to inform business strategy and direction. You will be reporting directly to the Director of Growth and Senior Growth Marketing Manager while collaborating with the rest of the team to deliver on your objectives.

Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Actively run maintenance and implementation SEO, website, social media and email marketing and strategise and deliver insights and improvements suggestions across all marketing work streams and projects

- Collaborate with the Directors across functions to improve upon customer experience and create personalized storytelling resources for high-value clients.

- Coordinate and manage external vendors ensuring their quality and timely delivery

- Gather, maintain and present data to leverage earned, paid and owned media to the organisation

- Analyze the entire B2B sales funnel data to build and improve upon funnel structure, touchpoints, sales content and sales material to potential business customers (e.g. case studies, videos, etc.)

- Stay on top of new tools trends and best practices in digital advertising: test and evaluate their efficiency in improving scale or effectiveness of our marketing efforts

- Present findings and data through high-quality documents and presentations

- Work effectively in a deadline-driven work environment, multitasking while maintaining quality and attention to detail

- Deliver results with a strong bias for action in an ambiguous environment

- Work with teams across functions, providing support for data collection and analysis

DESIRED QUALITIES:

- Minimum 1 year of previous work experience in digital marketing, growth marketing, and/or data analytics

- Possess a data-driven, analytical mind, capable of decoding, organizing, and analyzing large amounts of data in tools such as Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets and other Data Management Tools

- Proven understanding across the entire B2B & B2C marketing mix (e.g. paid ads, email, SEO, social media) with a couple of deep skill sets in certain domains within the mix

- Good working knowledge of key performance marketing, sales, and analytics softwares such as MailChimp, Hubspot, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, SEMRush, Google Data Studio, and A/B testing tools

- Highly capable of applying quantitative concepts that straddle business strategy and marketing strategy (e.g. CAC, LTV, conversion funnel metrics, financial metrics)

- Distinctly passionate about environmental sustainability and socioeconomic development

- Have an unparalleled level of raw creativity & passionate for creative projects inside you

- Adapt well to the fast-paced dynamic nature of a startup environment, with specific acumens such as rapid prototyping, resourcefulness and creative problem solving

- Past work experience in consumer goods, consulting, entrepreneurship, sustainability, social impact, or international development preferred
