We are looking to hire a Performance Marketing Manager to lead the planning, implementation, optimization, and reporting of performance marketing initiatives to help drive traffic to our ecommerce website and maximize ROI across Paid Social channels.
- Prior experience working with an e-commerce platform or a D2C Brand would be preferred.
Responsibilities:-
- End-to-end management of performance marketing activity across Paid Social channels.
- Would be responsible for driving revenue (monthly targets) build her/his team.
- Need to have a hands-on approach to managing the channels, Strong with data, analytics & result-oriented.
- Ensure budget is spent across performance channels efficiently.
- Manage, optimize and improve the performance of Paid Search, Paid Social, Display, Retargeting, SEO, and Affiliate activity for company - owned D2C platforms/assets
- Work with the Paid agency to define, launch and test effective Paid Social campaigns and Social Remarketing to drive D2C sales/eCommerce traffic
Experience Required:-
Skills in search platforms including; In all paid channels
- FB/Insta/YT marketing, Google AdWords, etc.
- Understanding of social media advertising across major platforms (Facebook, Youtube & Instagram)
Website Analytics-
- 3-5 years of experience working on a Performance Marketing mandate of a known consumer brand is a must.
- Should know how to scale a brand and should have managed large budgets previously indirect capacity.
- A dynamic, results-oriented problem solver
- Experience in transforming a strategy and vision into an actionable plan
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS :
- 3+ years experience in Digital Marketing in an eCommerce/D2C ecommerce context.
- WORK FROM OFFICE- 6 Days a week
