You will: - Run scaled marketing campaigns and other growth initiatives end-to-end: you will design experiments, develop campaign strategy, and drive execution of the campaign through to completion - Have a desire to test and learn; be well versed in AB testing methodologies and incrementality analysis - Investigate and test new channels to communicate with our existing partners - Be flexible and optimize channels on the fly based on performance while keeping test design intact - Partner with our Analytics team to measure the impact of each campaign and develop ways to scale - Work cross-functionally with product, engineering, legal, analytics and creative to meet ambitious growth targets Skills: - BA/BS with a minimum of 7 years of experience and 2 years in marketing background - Expertise in HTML - First-hand experience with email marketing, and get excited about things like subject lines and calls to action - A strong background in scaled growth marketing and understanding of in-product placement, messaging and channel options for scaled growth marketing - A love for data and ability to analyze a marketing funnel; you can identify and size different growth opportunities and various ways to meet them - The ability to think strategically and develop comprehensive, data-driven marketing plans - The ability to synthesize complex ideas into actionable recommendations for senior executives - Experience working cross-functionally with analysts, product managers, operations and business Preferred: - Graduation in computer science - Experience in B2C marketing Please send your CV or call 9845370465 to discuss further.
