Areas of Impact For you :

- Conceptualize, and launch product features and marketing campaigns that will increase usage, traffic and conversion for the product from TOFU to BOFU

- Apply rigorous product analytics to assess the effectiveness of product features and marketing activities.

- Use data-inspired insights to build hypotheses for A/B tests and new initiatives

- Identify, develop & optimize new growth channels to drive revenue growth

- Own and drive paid and non-paid digital growth strategies, including our spends on digital and social platforms

- Collaborate with product, engineering and marketing team to translate hypotheses into detailed experiment specs, design suggestions, and messaging strategies. Measure and assess experiment results, share learnings across all key stakeholders

- Conduct market research to investigate how the market leaders as well as competition are hacking growth and leverage the learnings for our own growth

Desirable Skills and Experience :

- 4+ years' experience in the same role with a SaaS startup. Clear and visible proof of your impact in these roles

- Exceptional multi-tasking and analytics skills with an acute eye for detail

- A STEM or MBA degree

- A person with the right kind of values that match ours

- Experience with web and product analytics tools like Amplitude, GA etc. and ad platforms like Google ads, FB, Linkedin ads etc.

- A naturally analytical bent of mind, data-driven approach to decisions and the ability to be a self-starter
