Who You Are?
- In your role as Growth Marketer,
- You will be a data-driven marketer responsible for creating and executing a demand generation strategy that supports the growth goals of Paperflite
- You will be responsible for creating, implementing, and optimizing multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive demand generation efforts.
- You will drive the product-led growth (PLG) strategy in marketing, drive cross- functional alignment and planning framework development to design, executive, and analyze campaigns to optimize experiences, increase conversion, and product engagement.

What We're Looking For?
- To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience planning and executing demand programs to optimize our product-led acquisition, onboarding, and retention. The ideal candidate has a growth mindset and a genuine interest in SaaS and cutting-edge technology. He/she will work closely with the marketing lead and sales team to grow paid and organic marketing efforts to grow the sales pipeline.
- Analytical skills will be critical in monitoring and reporting on the success of marketing efforts.
RESPONSIBILITIES:-
- Create and manage campaigns including monitoring results of digital activities, evaluation of performance, and corrective actions if needed to optimize
- Lead conversion: High probability of conversion
- Responsible for online conversion from acquisition to trial to paid customer
- Take a full-funnel view to testing/learning / optimizing lead generation messages and materials to ensure an understanding of the best ways to market and sell to each buyer persona
- Align growth strategy with our inbound and outbound marketing programs - focusing on decreasing customer acquisition costs and increasing acquisition, retention, and expansion of our business.
- Measure all lead generation campaigns to drive qualified leads into the pipeline
- Monitor digital development and trends to make sure our business utilizes new opportunities in the best way.
Requirements:
- Current with paid search, SEO, and inbound marketing, best practices, and associated resources
- Highly creative with the ability to innovate new ways to generate interest and excitement among targeted audiences
- Demonstrated experience with digital campaign design and execution. A genuine passion for thoughtful and engaging campaign design and a focus on end-to-end execution
- Self-motivated, contributor of ideas, the user of good judgment, positive energy, willingness to help others
- Passionate about the ability to scale and work at an innovative, and rapidly growing company
- Easily adapts and creates proactive change
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Superior communication, writing, and presentation skills
- Understanding of marketing functions in a B2B environment (i.e. field marketing, digital marketing, etc.)
Qualifications:
- At least 1-year of experience in a SaaS organization following a PLG business model
- At least 2 years of experience with a broad array of marketing channels, including SEO and Paid Social, Email Marketing, and Content Marketing
- At least 2 years of experience managing PPC campaigns/strategies-
- Experience in Lead/Demand & Growth Generation.
- Copywriter Experience.
