iDream Education is a social ed-tech startup working on digital learning solutions custom designed for the social sector and Govt. schools including a learning app, learning tablets and Smart Class for Grade 1st to 12th. Our app and tablet have educational content in English medium for CBSE and also in Regional languages for State boards.

We started iDream Education with a vision to take Digital learning to the hands of the rural most students in our Government schools across the country. Since then we have set-up TabLab & Smart Classes in multiple government schools across 16 states and now offer our iDream Learning App to students who learn in local languages.

Our larger vision is to facilitate digital learning access for everything that a student needs for holistic learning and growth, in both english medium and every local language, in a single integrated platform.

As a Growth Marketer, you shall be responsible for outreach, credibility building and content marketing to build a strong and trustworthy voice for deeper and student-aligned edtech in all aspects.

What you will do:

- Working with the copywriter and owning up responsibility of everything from Content creation, Designing, Posting, Outreach to Platforms, Govt, CSR, NGOs

- Marketing/ sharing/ spreading the content through the smartest and most positive yet sharp channels for a very strong social edtech brand and business development.

- Maintaining partnerships with media agencies, edtech industry marketers and growth partners.

- Possessing excellent understanding of Digital marketing concepts and best practices within the Edtech industry.

- Creating all types of Ad campaigns

- Sharing, Spreading Design and planning project microsites and other promotional videos & GIFs.

- Ensuring Lead generation through social media marketing.

- Implementing creative ideas for content marketing and growth

- Maintaining partnerships with media agencies, vendors and all possible growth partners

- Maintaining excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices within the Edtech industry

- Executing Smart Growth Strategies with focus on outcomes

- Optimizing landing pages and user funnels

What you need to have:

- Exponential Growth Mindset

- SEO/ SEM, Marketing database, Emails, social media and/or display advertising campaigns

- Analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Amplitude)

- Hands on Skills for Business Growth in Digital and SaaS products with marketing and growth experience in digital, direct, partner and affiliate channels.

- Excellent Communication Skills in all formats with abilities to build growth partnerships and internal team coordination.

- Digital Marketing Skills with focus on growth, knowledge of existing and emerging social media platforms and other digital platforms.

- Hands on experience in Designing and planning project microsites and other promotional videos & GIFs.

- Minimum of 1 year proven experience in a similar role
