Growth Manager - Startup (3-7 yrs)
Job Description:
So, we are now looking for Growth hacker to join our kick ass team. We are a VC backed Startup so we will expect the moon and the earth from you in deliverables. Here goes:
- You will be someone who not only understands analytics but more importantly knows how to derive actionable insights
- You have tons of ideas and are looking for a place to test them - spoiler alert: That place is us!
- Your playground is Google analytics, firebase, facebook analytics etc. and you have also mastered atleast one mobile automation tool (clevetap or moengage)
- You should have exceptional communication skills- you will be working closely with the management, the tech team and the product chaps, and you will know how to manage the expectations of each of these groups
Requirements:
- You have a degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field
- You have 3+ years of experience in the tech industry with maximum experience in a similar role preferably in a fast-moving startup.
- You possess excellent analytical skills and leverage data, metric, analytics and consumer behavior trends to generate creative ideas.
- You are a highly goal-oriented individual who is resilient in their pursuit of growth.
- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
- Expert In Google AdWords and LinkedIn.
- You are open minded, curious and a strong problem solver.
- Experience in generating leads and achieving long term sustainable growth.
- Impeccable communication skills.
- Eager to work individually and with a team in a growing start-up.
