Growth Manager - Social Media Startup - IIT/IIM (4-8 yrs)
Client : Startup- A social media application started in 2018.
Location : Mumbai (Work from home for now)
1. A - full-brain- person (analytical and creative), good in cross-functional collaboration
2. High proficiency in data analysis, segmentation, interpretation and associated tools like Google/FB analytics, Tableau, Clevertap, segment, intercom, appsflyer etc.
3. Ability to create and evolve uniquely relevant growth frameworks for user acquisition and engagement
4. Ability to identify and articulate the right growth problems through dispassionate analysis, test solution hypothesis and roll out solutions, campaigns or programs to achieve hyper growth targets
5. Workaholic with very broad general awareness, also high on - dog-fooding-
6. Excellent knowledge and experience of digital marketing, branding and communication knowledge would be added advantage
7. Should demonstrate exceptional ownership and sensitivity to timelines and have a hacker mindset
8. Preferably from IIT and/or IIM
