- Work experience - 2 years and above, ideally in startups (preferably Marketing & Sales professionals)
- Layout overall growth objectives & break them down by country, channel, products, target customers, etc
- Refine customer targeting model by segment & create newer business models
- Experience type - Led the growth agenda/ driven revenue acceleration for the Business (preferably a B2B SaaS sales enthusiast)
- Global experience (in handling US/ Europe clients) would be a plus

Educational background - Preferably from a Tier 1 B-school/college but no bar for the right candidate
