Position Title : Manager - Growth Experience : 1-2 Years- experience (Ideal Experience should be in a PE Firm of the real estate valuation Education : MBA in Finance/ Marketing, from a top tier institution. Role requirement : - Understanding of Valuation and Financial modeling. - Ability to communicate business case, market research findings through power point presentations. - Requires in-depth knowledge of financial terms and principles. - Requires understanding of Valuation and Financial modeling. Responsibilities : - Direct development activities and provide strategic leadership and tactical implementation for the organization's real estate projects pipeline. - Prepare the development and operational business plans (including market research, due diligence reports, financial analysis, investment strategy, anchors strategy, pricing, sale and lease strategy, risk register and exit strategy) of the Real Estate projects. - Prepare reports, within the Real Estate portfolio, recommending the Strategy, and highlighting all critical issues, recommending actions and measures. - Provide regular update of the performance of the real estate portfolio - Manage the preparation and regular review of the project specific development and design briefs to ensure its alignment with the project business objectives. - Provides effective feedback to the team as part of performance review discussions and helps them in overcoming the gaps identified.
