Responsibilities : - This role is a unique opportunity to drive the growth strategy of the Business function by collaborating with cross-functional teams. - This data-driven role calls for the unique combination of deep user empathy, user behavior understanding, app usage analysis and solving app adoption - You will live by one motto - customer is the king and ensure that they get the best experience while using Uolo apps - Manage user communities like principal, teacher, students/parents etc. Create insight group for every community and engage them to gain deeper product usage insights. - Problem Solving: Understand where users get unaligned with our app resulting in drop in usage and fix it using communication and product improvement - Special Projects: You'll be THE go-to person for many key initiatives and new projects eg, launch of new products, launch in new market etc. - You will be responsible for creating all instructional content for users like product video, uses cases etc. and its deliver - User engagement will be key performance indicator for you Requirements : - 3-8 years of experience - Educational Qualification: IIT, NIT, BITS Pilani, IIM preferred - Experience of a unicorn startup is preferred
