Hiring for Manager-Growth (Large Appliances) 2018/2019 Batch

Looking for MBA graduates from Premier B schools (Batch 2018 or 2019) with an experience in Go-to-market strategies, new product launch, pricing strategies and growth strategies.

Job Description :

- Should have Product orientation and thinking wrt the scope of various Eco Systems and the problems that they will be solving for the seller.

- Drive engagement with sellers on platform and work towards improving the benefits of eco systems 

- Drive multiple horizontal initiatives for Large Appliances category - Product Exchange, OTT being key initiatives

- Build & own daily/weekly/monthly reporting dashboards to track and monitor AOP numbers.

- Designing 360 marketing campaign for launch and adoption of Eco Systems.

- Analyse changes and work with stakeholders to highlight the same.

- Innovate and work with category, product and engineering teams to build strategies and roadmaps for next 3 years

- Work with multiple stakeholders to align on initiatives identified and ensure regular rigor on the same

- Act as bridge to eliminate gap between category and product teams
