Job Description:-
- Develop long term growth model & yearly business plans for the company
- Create playbooks for market/category entry & work with different teams for execution
- Create business dashboards and track metrics, which help evaluate the health of the business
- Work with different functions on projects which can unlock growth and create value
- Designing and implementing the analytical projects for insights which drive the business goals and decisions (Ex: How to improve Order value, how to improve conversions, how to improve retention etc)
- Provide solutions but not limited to: Customer Segmentation & Targeting, Marketing Mix Optimization, Price Optimization
- High degree of pro-activeness in analyzing customer behavior using available data to influence changes in the buying behavior
Candidate profile:-
- Undergrad Engg. from IIT, IIT-equivalent, or IIM
- 2-3 Years Of Experience in Sales at a top company with well established Sales function or at McKinsey/BCG/Bain or equivalent
- Highly data driven candidate preferred.
