Reports to: Vice President Roles and responsibilities: - Identifying the platform strategy for different clusters of customers, lead the customer acquisition and retention across all channels - Established Growth Initiatives and scale the product demand generation efforts rapidly. - Strategising and executing 0 to 1 growth initiatives - Setup attribution and analytics platforms to measure the performance and streamline the process - Worked on product initiatives to monetize the user base. - Drive key metrics by focusing on high-ROI opportunities - Manage SEO aspects across the site architecture and implement the best SEO strategies across the Industry - Manage day - to - day execution of product and marketing aspects Required Skills: - Prior experience in Growth roles; exposure to SEO marketing - Problem solving capabilities - Strong strategy and analytical skills - Ability to envision the big picture while simultaneously executing on the details - Humility and willingness to learn new things - A Lifelong Learner. - Good collaborator and project management skills - Prior experience in a start-up founder is a plus
