Responsibilities :
As a Growth Marketer you will be working alongside the founders in a high-growth journey. You will be responsible for complete growth funnel from user acquisition, activation, retention, referral to conversion. Your responsibilities include but will not be limited to :
- Understand deeply the lifecycle of user on Able Jobs and identify opportunities for growth and optimization
- Run marketing campaigns and other growth initiatives end-to-end: you will design experiments, develop campaign strategy, and drive execution of the campaign through to completion
- Investigate and test new channels to communicate with our existing customers
- Set up analytics to measure the impact of each campaign, and develop ways to scale
- Work cross-functionally with product, engineering, operations, analytics, and creativity to meet ambitious growth targets
Eligibility :
- A strong background in a strategic marketing or growth marketing role
- A love of data and can analyze a marketing funnel; you can identify and size different growth opportunities and the various ways to meet them
- Has an experience in growing android applications
- You are data-driven & not afraid to say I don- t know
- At least 3 years of experience in a growth or marketing role
