Generating additional business from existing accounts. 20% growth in existing accounts by mining into other Lines of Business 5. Building compelling propositions for clients &amp; Responding to RFPs 6. Work very closely with designated account managers and recruitment teams 7. Ability to carry a number target ( tracked monthly, quarterly ) 8. Building Team for executing existing business and growth. 9. Managing team motivation and morale to execute growth strategies. Mandatory Requirements: 1. Atleast 12 years of BD, Sales, Account management experience with international clients. 2. Team Handling experience. 3. Stronghold on Staffing solutions 4. Excellent client handling capability 5. Hands on with sales process- running call &amp; mail campaigns, conducting &amp; leading first/ second level meetings 6.
