Growth Leader - InsurTech/HealthTech Startup (5-10 yrs)
Responsibilities :
1. Responsible for all Input and Output metrics that have an impact on the Conversion Funnel.
2. Devise long-term development strategies for overall growth.
3. Work cross-functionally with multiple category teams.
4. Carrying out strategic interventions in a cross-functional team.
5. Stakeholder Management with Growth leaders including Performance Marketing, Content Sales, Product Manager for Growth, Inside Sales, Business Teams, and User Growth.
6. Generate new product ideas, enhancements to existing products and collate requests from both internal and external requestors
7. Undertake market research and be an expert with respect to the competition.
8. Analyze internal systems and recommend enhancements to improve productivity.
9. Define, track and improve key metrics. Collate and analyze key daily/weekly/monthly data on various performance parameters and report key findings.
Requirements :
1. Should have 5+ years relevant experience as a Growth Leader or a consumer business
2. Solid knowledge of performance marketing, digital marketing and/or product marketing
3. Should have in depth understanding of user acquisition methodologies and principles
4. Excellent communication and people management skills
5. A driven and visionary leader who leads by example
6. Passion to work in a fast-paced start-up
7. Multi-disciplinary, continuous learning mindset
8. Fintech experience is a definite plus
