Key Responsibilities:
- Drive Buyer and seller awareness of Paywith Indiamart (Payments solution)
- Drive buyer adoption and manage its funnel
- Identify discoveries, impacts and manage experience including designs and communications
- Drive seller adoption and attachment rate and coordination with category team
- Drive operations, customer excellence and customer retention
- Manage seller settlement, seller experience and internal stakeholder experience
- Manage internal stakeholders
Skill Set
- Experience in driving growth initiatives in a digital journey preferably in payments industry
- MBA from Tier-1 institute with minimum 3 years of relevant experience in payments/ ecommerce/ fintech
- Exposure to BNPL and other paymodes and success drivers in digital domain preferably in SME space
- Working knowledge of SQL would be added advantage
