Job Description-

Growth Lead - Reporting into founder

1) Minimum 5 years and up to 10 years or experience in User Growth roles as a PM or a Marketing Lead

2) Should have scaled at least 1 App in a key role from scratch till 6MN DAU & should be adept at dealing with Data science teams in projects involving traffic quality models and not just media spends

3) Should have innovated on Monetization and Retention streams and challenges

4) Should have strong background in Apps growing organically through referrals and virality

5) Successful track record in the Gaming space would be preferred & Lead level experience in High traffic Chinese Apps would also be preferred

6) Ideal candidate would have scaled a couple of games in Chinese or US markets and successfully monetized them or lead growth teams for a year at High traffic Apps in US or China
