As the Growth Lead, your core task includes expansion of new markets and establishing the sales of two upcoming product lines in sync with the existing national sales fleet.

What you will do:

- Steering existing team to KRAs while ensuring similar metrics in new markets.

- Overseeing the development of initiatives for sales opportunities, maximizing revenue and profit levels.

- Maintaining knowledge of trends, competitive activity, market conditions and other relevant data.

- Managing end-to-end sales cycle starting from lead generation to sales conversions.

- Working with and managing internal team to devise sales strategies that will lead to more business subscriptions

- Training, Recruiting sales team, and managing their KPIs and ensuring performance from the team

What you need to have:

Exp: 2 to 6 years

- Must have team handling exp and B2B sales experience

- Education: Tier 1 B.Tech or MBA preferred

- Attitude: Go-getter, takes ownership, ex-startup founders preferred. Strong negotiation and partnership skills.

- Excellent Communication skills
