The Growth Lead role will be part of 'Supply Growth' org, which is trying to maximize # of product listing per month on the platform. Growing supply is a function of new supplier acquisition, new supplier activation, and existing supplier engagement. All the areas require structural problem solving that will lead to an increase in # of listings/supplier and # of active suppliers. As a Growth Manager, you'll be responsible for identifying the key problems, setting priorities, coming up with solutions, and driving implementation. For example, if we discover that Meesho's penetration is lower in one of the adjacent TGs vs. penetration of another eCommerce platform, we will need to figure out what channel, messaging and value proposition would help Meesho penetrate in this segment. This is just one example of the projects that you'll get a chance to take up. In order to drive implementation, you'll get complete autonomy in terms of team and processes that you would want to set up. You'll also be responsible for shaping up the right solutions in coordination with the product team, in case, your solution requires tech interventions. We're currently setting up the founding team for this org. As an early joiner, you'll get the opportunity to work on some of the most challenging problems in growth.
