- At least 7-8 years in building commerce platforms for channel engagement - Ability to build as well as lead growth and experience of end-to-end platform - Experience developing commerce solution that has integrations with Wallet, Coupons, Payment gateway etc. - Comfortable with working in ambiguity and experience in exploring and developing avenues new spaces for growth, led by primary research and design explorations. - Experience with customer insights through user experience and analysis of trends - Proven success with working in green field environment - Ability to influence senior and external stakeholders - Prior experience to pharma/health tech start-ups is preferred - Experience with performance, digital, growth marketing - Understanding of emerging technologies in the channel space
