Job Description: We are looking for a young and dynamic professional as a Growth Head to join our core team and be a part of our growth story. Our ideal candidates are most likely to identify themselves as a growth hacker/entrepreneur with broad skills across product and technology with an emphasis on managing digital marketing programs 1. Identifying the platform strategy for different clusters of customers, lead the customer acquisition and retention across all channels. 2. Manage SEO aspects across the site architecture and implement the best SEO strategies across the Industry. 3. Work cross functionally with product to execute growth strategies and support acquisition goals 4. Work with our paid media agency to manage channels that include but not limited to, GoogleAds, Facebook advertising, and Instagram. Brainstorming and developing ideas for creative marketing campaigns. 5. Assist in creating new ad copy and imagery for paid and organic social media posts. 6. Assist with on-boarding and growing affiliate/partner relationships 7. Proficient in Social Ads / PPC / Display Ads / Remarketing 8. Develop and manage KPIs (and dashboards) around acquisition, conversion, and retention for the growth team Qualification: 1. Minimum 4 - 10 years prior working experience as a Marketing Growth Hacker or Head of Growth. 2. Hands-on experience with web analytics and A/B testing tools 3. Strong analytical skills and the ability to tie detailed analysis to larger strategies and lead the execution of multiple successful marketing programs and product launches. 4. SEO/SEM experience and experience with channels such as Content Marketing (SEO), Facebook, Google SEM, YouTube, Instagram, Partnerships etc. 5. A deep understanding of paid acquisition channels, conversion funnels, and retention metrics 6. Prior start-up experience is a plus
