Growth Head - Food & Beverage Startup (3-8 yrs)
Roles and Responsibilities:
This job involves using deep consumer understanding and data-driven rapid experimentation to identify strategies and out of the box ideas which could drive growth and build competitive advantage for the brand. Strategizing and executing 0 to 1 growth initiatives - category expansions, unique distribution model, brand partnerships.
- Be the first few employees of a disruptive food start-up
- Work directly with the founders in shaping and executing the strategy/vision of the brand

Desired Candidate Profile:
- Prior experience in Growth roles
- Problem solving capabilities
- Strong strategy and analytical skills
- Ability to envision the big picture while simultaneously executing on the details
- Humility and willingness to learn new things - A Lifelong Learner.
- Benchmarking and networking to stay updated of industry trends
- Good collaborator and project management skills
- Prior experience in a start-up founder is a plus
- He/ She should have creative ideas and think out of the box
- Customer first mentality. Understands customers pain and work towards the solutions.
- Delivering result under pressure
- Hunger, hustler, move fast and be comfortable breaking things
