Growth Head
Define the Role:
- Monitor daily / weekly sales conversion funnel and drive improvements to improve funnel shape and deliver monthly targets
- Drive sales execution excellence is delivered on ground
- Create granular bottom up plans basis experiments and initiatives and ensure adherence.
- Hire, train, mentor and drive sales teams across geographies
- Review teams and Improve sales effectiveness by using data backed insights
- Coordinate and plan with cross functional operations, central teams to ensure smooth transactions
Persona :
- 3-6 years of experience in sales and have lead large teams across various cities
- Strong Academic Pedigree : Tier 1 Undergrad or MBA
- Companies: Telecom/Fintech/Ecommerce handling volume delivery
- Lead large teams in sales (100+ directly/indirectly) and direct repartees of cluster/city heads.
Skills :
- High level of ownership, execution rigor and span control
- Comfort with ambiguity;
- Ability to engage and influence people cross functionally
- Handle cluster of cities independently Interview Process
