Growth Head - Business Development - B2C/OPD Care Services (15-20 yrs)

This position reports to CEO of the organization and will have a team to manage. Selected candidate will work closely with Product & Engineering, network Development, Customer Support, Operation and Finance team.

Qualification: Bachelor Degree with MBA being an added advantage

What company will do:

Covers a wide range of OPD (Outpatient Department) Care services that are delivered through a managed provider network of Doctors, Pharmacies and Labs & Diagnostic Centres. The services offered include:

- Doctor consultations (physical, video and telephonic consultations) Medicine fulfillment and delivery (e-pharmacy and physical pharmacy stores)

- Lab tests and diagnostic tests fulfilment (choice to select from all major pathology labs & diagnostic centres, as well as opt for at-centre service or home sample collection)

- Customer support including health coach services for senior citizens, chronic patients, etc.

Position purpose:

- India is in a state of rapid transformation, and is witnessing significant economic, social, and technological changes. And so are the country's requirements of proactive management of citizens' health - renewed focus at all levels, including the government, institutions, corporates, and individuals. This has generated a huge demand for high-quality OPD Care services in the country. Another demand driver has been the increase in the number of chronic disease patients, aging population, overcrowded hospitals, and increased cost & complications of hospitalization.

- Despite the surge in demand for quality OPD Care services, today managed OPD care is practically non- existent in India. Few OPD schemes that are currently available do not offer complete and seamless integration of the different providers and services - therefore causing a poor and broken OPD Care experience for patients and end-users.


- The absence of a credible and integrated OPD Care solution has resulted in a huge gap between OPD Care demand and supply/fulfilment. There is a lot more to be done, to provide a convenient and seamless experience to patients and end-users of OPD Care services

Experience & Key Role: 15+ years of experience in Digital marketing, Product management and User acquisition. 6+ years of experience in a leadership position with launching B2C products from scratch with P&L accountability. Experience of incubating and rolling out digital retail distribution network will be preferred.

Skills required to handle this position:

- Digital marketing with specialization in SEO, SEM, Content strategy, social media, Affiliates and Affinity network creation.

- Should be able to strategies go to market for digital offerings

- Should have demonstrated capabilities for creating organic business using multilateral channels and platforms.

- Should have experience to content strategy, user engagement and Youtube for engagement as well as user acquisition

- Adept at team management and relationship building resulting in achieving the revenue target annually

- Should be able to design user journeys for acquisition and reengagement

- Should demonstrate strong leadership skills and team handling skills. Also, should be able to attract, develop and retain high-performing team members

- Knowledge of about healthcare market and health tech ecosystem

- Should be able to plan and manage user acquisition costs, repeat cohort and LTV cycles

- Should be passionate, data driven and come with aspiration to make impact at scale in healthcare

Responsibilities:

- Create B2C vertical from scratch along with its assets such as SEO, YT, Social Media, Affiliates and Affinity

- Spearheading strategy development and execution to drive customer/client acquisition, engagement, and retention, as well as increase our market share and reach our growth targets.

- Working with marketing, sales, product & engineering, customer support and operation teams to optimize existing and establish new, cost-effective processes to achieve and exceed our revenue goals.

- Regular analysis of business performance and present in monthly/quarterly reviews.

- Analysing and optimizing the effectiveness of existing marketing channels such as social media, website, email, etc. based on data driven insights.

- Increasing awareness of the company's brand by creating and executing growth strategies. Strengthen our brand identity and become the gatekeeper of our brand.

- Developing new channels for acquiring customers, including content creation, SEO optimization, email marketing campaigns, paid advertising, affiliate marketing and conversion rate optimization.

- Devising lead generation strategies to help improve conversion rates and generating new business opportunities.

- Devise and implement high growth marketing campaigns, manage sales & distribution, channel management, customer experience and pricing in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
