We are hiring for a wealth management platform in the UAE, who help millions of expatriates to manage their finances. They are now seeking for someone responsible for providing in-market support to their acquisition, sales and customer success teams by working directly with current and prospective customers while pioneering programs that generate key business insights and drive the growth of an already fast-growing company. You?ll gain valuable exposure to all facets of the business as you liaise between the sales, operations, product and marketing. - Choosing in accordance with the other departments which metrics/KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) to focus on. - Bringing traditional and creative ideas about how to grow those KPIs. - A/B testing those ideas. - Analyzing the data and users? feedback. - Exchanging ideas/data/feedback with other departments (product, marketing, top management) in order to present results and make the product more user-centric. - Driving traffic to a website, landing pages, social media, app - Understanding conversion rate optimization (CRO) principles and hacks and being able to apply CRO hacks to any businesses. - Working with the AARRR Sales Metrics Diagram (Acquisition &gt; Activation &gt; Retention &gt; Referral &gt; Revenue) - Prioritizing growth channels. - Optimizing channels in order to always improve the performance of one's business. - Scaling and Automating the growth processes. - Knowledgeable about referral marketing and being able to create viral growth. Requirements: - Bachelors' in engineering or technology or equivalent - 2 years+ similar experience in tech, financial services, growth industry - Be data-driven and kind of a data-geek: clear understanding of data, analytics, metrics and statistics. - Good knowledge of social media and understanding user behaviors. Having great customer relations skills and being focus on customer experience - Having a startup mindset and be comfortable working in a startup environment - A/B Testing and Data Analytics experience - Not being scared of pivoting - Knowledge about both inbound and outbound marketing - Being performance and results-oriented - Being curious and creative - Having experience with growth hackings tools such as Optimizely for A/B Testing, MailChimp for email marketing campaigns, HubSpot for CRM, sales and marketing purposes, Zapier to automate workflows
