About the Role: As a Growth Hacker, you will define strategies and build systems that generate customer demand for our business owners. You will apply deep experience in growth strategy, online marketing, customer research, and experimentation to improve the processes and tools used by our business owners to generate customer leads that convert into revenue. Who We Are Looking For: - The ideal candidate will be responsible for the strategy and execution of growth initiatives focused on acquiring, qualifying, and converting customer leads. - S/he is hypothesis-driven and analytical, technically capable in integrating off the shelf tools with webhooks and Zapier to get the job started yourself, and scrappy in experimenting with new or improving existing growth strategies. - You will work alongside and inspire a scrappy team of operators and engineers, own the channels and results for lead generation and provide input into the engineering roadmap for scaling the experiments that work. Ideally, you have experience working with early stage, high-growth companies and are excited to embrace the speed and ambiguity that comes with that environment. Responsibilities: - Define a holistic strategy, in both online and offline channels, for our business owners to acquire, qualify, and convert customer leads into jobs. - Own the integration and performance of online lead sources: either improving the performance of existing sources or identifying new sources. - Drive aggressive experimentation on improving the Company's growth assets (such as website, business owner landing pages, and booking flow) to qualify and book more jobs. - Design and implement prototypes to find and validate new customer growth avenues. Both directly as an individual contributor with tools like Zapier, Webflow, and other low-code options first then working across Product and Engineering in systematizing successful experiments. - Define approaches to measuring the effectiveness of all customer growth initiatives, key business drivers, and levers for improving outputs. - Provide day-to-day, organizational-wide visibility into ongoing performance dashboards and metrics Interview Process: - Email / resume screen (noted below) - Hiring manager interview - Quick / 30 minute assignment - Final decision - begin building!
