A leading, well-funded Singapore based startup is looking for a Growth Hacker to own and lead the company's growth mandate. The company is over a decade old and is a market leader in its space (cloud-based platform). It is headquartered in Singapore and has a global presence.
The successful candidate will bring an entrepreneurial mindset, startup experience, along with a thorough understanding of performance marketing, content marketing etc.
Role and Responsibilities
- Be the go-to expert for driving performance marketing and growth strategies for driving business growth, customer acquisition and retention strategies
- Optimising campaigns across multiple channels to deliver the best return on investment
- Formulating strategies for paid/unpaid ad campaigns across search, display, social and retargeting networks
- Analyse current digital marketing outputs and implement any new reporting platforms should they be needed (Google Analytic, etc)
- Identifying replicable marketing strategies, tactics and channels that address business pain points
- Have innovative and creative strategies to drive brand marketing on new age digital channels (social media marketing, branding etc)
Qualifications/Requirements:
- 6-8 years of experience in performance marketing, with some experience at a consumer/B2B tech start up of scale
- Good educational pedigree is a big plus (IIMs/ISB)
- Experience in running large scale SEO/SEM campaigns and lead gen; Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords, Paid social, Display media, affiliate marketing campaigns etc.
- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage & convert
- Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and measurement
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Entrepreneurial, creative out-of-the-box thinker, with a get-things-done attitude
