The company offers AI and Blockchain-based integrated solutions to Banks, NBFCs, Insurance, and Mutual Funds to expedite their digital transformation journey. The company offers digital customer onboarding solutions that have found wide acceptance among BFSI customers. It is soon going to launch an integrated solution to digitize back-office operations for BFSI clients. The company is on an expansion spree both domestically and internationally. Location : Mumbai About this role : This role is for the EMEA region, primarily focusing on the Middle East. The company is set out to make its mark in the region. We are looking for a passionate professional who doesn't shy away from a challenge and is willing to help the Company grow in the region. This is a hunting role from Sales and Partnership aspect. Responsibilities : Sales & BD Responsibilities : - Drive new BD efforts through hunting and new client acquisition leading to yearly target achievement. - Meeting with clients to identify their needs and recommend products or services that meet those needs. - Source new sales opportunities through inbound leads, follow-up, and outbound activities and emails for the Middle East market. Partnership Responsibilities : - Creating and nurturing new BD channels through partnerships with individual consultants or IT companies - Constantly engaging with the BD channels to ensure a healthy pipeline and working along with them to drive sales closure. - Ensuring Steady revenue from new and existing the BD channels Growth Hacker Responsibilities : - Identifying new product vendors in the region and getting them onboarded to increase the product portfolio - Proposing new initiatives to attract prospects and convert leads as well as testing new approaches to capture existing demand - Planning and executing initiatives to reach the target audience through different channels - Working closely across teams with other teams to share ideas, feedback & present results
