This role will work at an intersection of Sales, Product, Purchase & Marketing to drive digital transformation projects which increases the e-commerce business. We need someone with an "ownership mindset" or have proved the same in the past as an entrepreneur or revenue driver.
Job Description:
- Understand app data, transactional data to identify gaps & opportunities for revenue growth.
- Create & run an experimentation program to boost revenue.
- Develop & execute cluster/state wise digital sales & merchandising plan based.
- Design/deploy consumer promotions to drive conversion & purchase on the app.
- Create, deploy, measure marketing plans for monetization to achieve ROAS/Cost per order benchmarks.
- Collect data, use relevant attribution frameworks and evaluate marketing performance in a dynamic environment.
- Liaise with revenue teams to streamline projects & opportunities.
Requirements :
- 4+ years of experience in category management & growth roles.
- Has experience in taking category revenue from 0 to 1.
- B2B e-commerce experience will be a plus.
- Working with cross functional teams.
- Skills - Revenue planning, merchandising, experimentation, conversion rate optimization, revenue growth, data analysis, business transformation.
