Growth Content Leader - FinTech

Our Client- A FinTech Unicorn and one of the fastest growing companies in the Industry

We are looking for a Growth Content Leader to head the content team.The person will be responsible for driving content properties that collectively reach more than 15 million users every month.

Role Summary :

- Managing and expanding a team dedicated to raising brand awareness and monitoring web traffic and metrics to identify best practices.

Responsibilities :

- Mapping out a content strategy that supports and extends marketing initiatives, both short-term and long-term, and constantly iterating to determine which methods work for the brand and why.

- Create and publish engaging content for the client that is SEO optimised that includes webpage, videos (Youtube), tutorials, PR, GTM strategies

- Use content management systems to analyze website traffic and users engagement metrics

- Conducting ongoing usability tests to gauge content effectiveness. Gathering data and handle analytics (or supervise those who do) and make recommendations based on those results. Working with owners of particular content to revise and measure content and marketing goals

- Developing standards, systems and best practices for content creation, distribution, maintenance, content retrieval and content repurposing, including the real time implementation of content strategies.

- Leveraging market data to develop content themes/topics and execute a plan to develop the assets that support a point of view and educate customers that leads to critical behavioral metrics

- The development of a functional content calendar throughout the enterprise verticals, and defining the owners in each vertical to particular persona groups.

- Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines

- Participation in the hiring and supervising of content/story leaders in all content verticals

Requirements :

- Experience / Demonstrated Expertise in Driving the Content and Engagement numbers for a Consumer Internet company is ESSENTIAL

- Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Public Relations or related communications / MBA in marketing

- 10-15 years of experience as a respected leader in multichannel content creation

- Experience in driving growth strategies in a fast paced startup and sound knowledge of Financial Markets

- A combination of growth mindset and content / editorial experience
