PROFILE OVERVIEW

Key Requirements

- 5+ years of core analytics experience working in a B2C or SaaS company with at least 2+ years in marketing or growth analytics. Total work experience can be much more.

- Expertise in business intelligence, reporting and data visualization using any industry leading tool like Tableau, PowerBI or even Google Data Studio.

- Expertise in SQL & Google analytics

- Experience leading a team of marketing analysts

- Experience in data engineering is highly preferable - being able to connect disparate ad platforms & data sources into a cohesive database. For e.g. knowing how to use webhooks, Zaps, Google Spreadsheets etc. and connecting different ad platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads etc.

- Experience in managing performance marketing campaigns like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads etc. or other digital marketing campaigns is a big plus

- Pro-actively generating data-driven insights to solve pressing business problems

- Experience in solving attribution problems (for e.g. attributing sales to different channels)

- Experience working closely with engineering & marketing teams

- Analytics experience in a start-up is a plus
