Some Specific activities part of the responsibilities:
Develop an in-depth knowledge of GrowSeven's core products and utilize this knowledge to successfully lead the sales function.
- Developing strategy, tactics, sales plans and profit targets.
- Developing and maintain relationship with the clients.
- Identifying and reporting on business opportunities in target regional markets.
- Representing GrowSeven at conferences and networking events.
- Work effectively with internal support departments (Sales, Marketing and Product Development) to develop effective sales strategies that promote sales to new and existing customers .
- Continuously research and remain knowledgeable of industry trends and competition.
Desired Candidate Profile :
- Experience of 2+ years in senior sales role preferably within IT industry & work as an Individual contributor role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills .
- Proven sales experience in specified territories and verticals.
- Able to make the team customer focused.
- Quick learner, adaptable to changing business needs.
- The role may involve extensive domestic traveling and hence candidate needs to be prepared for the same.
