Own the product delivery and work directly with clients and consultants to gather requirements to understand their goals and work with the internal team to develop the best solution 2. Liaise with external and internal teams to act as the primary point of contact for queries related to the project 3. Work with development teams to get them in sync with client requirements 4. Improve processes & methodologies to achieve faster and better delivery of project 5. Work on internal projects (product and business intelligence projects) to achieve the goal of the respective team 6. Effectively lead the team to ensure high project billability, profitability and revenue realisation with a focus on quality delivery 7. Responsible for growth of 7-15 team members - training, mentorship, OKR creation, listening and providing continuous feedback to the team 8. Get involved in team building by actively participating in hiring 9. Be up-to-date on industry trends, competitive landscape, and drive innovation to the retail web-technology space to stay ahead of the competition. Skills: 1. Excellent communicator and relationship builder: A track record of collaborating with a variety of cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment. 2.
