The Team goal : The warehouse team goal is to run warehouses at a very high efficiency level while keeping a lot of parameters in control - fulfilment rate, team efficiency etc. - He/she will be managing the entire warehouse team and will scale the volume to allow the company to deliver on its ambitious growth objectives. Your responsibilities : 1 Own & build : You are accountable for the success of all warehouse operations. You are responsible for managing a team of close to 20 people and to 5x its size in the next few years. 2 You will own and drive inventory management, in-house ops and shipping operations. You must be able to diagnose & address problems quickly, have foresight into potential issues and lead your team in hitting their goals. 3 Strategise : You define and execute on our Operations vision and strategy while balancing short- and long- term goals - build a profitable and scalable business. 4 Influence : You work cross-functionally with our tech, program and customer success team. You lead the team to deliver results by executing daily, weekly, and monthly targets in support of operating objectives. Go getter mindset - You will build things from scratch.
