Key Responsibilities : 1. Use analytics and data mining techniques to solve complex problems and drive business decisions. 2. Formulate ways for businesses to improve, based on research. 3. Solve analytical problems, and effectively communicate methodologies and result. 4. Create dashboards and reports to identify trends and anomalies. 5. Work closely with internal stakeholders such as business/program management teams, engineering teams, and partner teams and align them with respect to your focus area. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS : 1. 1+ years of experience in business analysis. 2. Experience in querying and manipulating data via SQL. Knowledge of Python (Pandas, matplotlib etc) preferable. 3. Experience in working on No Code Platform. 4. Experience defining requirements and using data and metrics to draw business insight 5. Bachelor's Degree in any quantitative discipline such as Statistics, Operational Research, or Engineering. 6. Proficiency in verbal & written communication 7. Experience in Stakeholder Management, Problem Solving, and Critical Thinking. 8. Experience in using Business Intelligence Tools such as Tableau, Metabase, Redash, etc. 9. A proven track record of implementing, and delivering large projects and communicating effectively to the senior level. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS : 1. Exposure to geospatial analytics that include visualizations on maps, graphs, statistics and cartograms 2. Exposure to scripting languages (Python/ R) 3. Exposure to problem solving using statistical techniques (Linear regression, Logistic regression, Clustering algorithms)
